Privacy policy

Data controller: Clarnex AB (org. no. 559533-2908), a Swedish limited company, operating this store as Prompters Anonymous. Because the controller is based in Sweden, the EU's GDPR applies to how we handle your personal data no matter which country you're ordering from. This is separate from, and not to be confused with, which country's consumer-sale rules apply to the purchase itself (covered in our Terms of Sale).

What we collect

When you check out, Stripe (our payment processor) collects your email, name, phone number, and billing/shipping address on our behalf, and shares that with us to fulfil your order. We never see or store your full card number — Stripe's own checkout page handles payment entirely.

We don't have customer accounts or passwords. Each order is handled as its own record; there's no profile that persists beyond your order history with us.

Who we share it with

  • Stripe, Inc. — processes your payment. Receives your email, name, phone, billing and shipping address, and order total.
  • Printify — our print-on-demand manufacturing and shipping partner. Receives your name, shipping address, email, and the contents of your order, solely to produce and ship it — including sending you a shipping/tracking notification directly by email once it ships.
  • Inleed — our Swedish web hosting provider. Stores our database (including the data above) and relays the order confirmation emails we send you.

We don't sell your data, and we don't share it with anyone else.

Marketing emails

At checkout, Stripe shows an optional, unchecked box: "Keep me updated with news and offers." We only ever send marketing emails to addresses that checked that box — never to anyone who didn't, and checking or not checking it never affects your order. We don't currently use a third-party email marketing platform; if that changes, we'll update this page to name it.

Cookies

This site uses exactly two cookies, both strictly functional — no analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies are used anywhere on this site:

  • Shopping bag cookie — a random identifier, stored for 1 year, so your bag survives between visits. Contains no personal information itself.
  • Session cookie — expires when you close your browser; used for basic security (preventing cross-site request forgery) and, for our own staff, staying logged into the admin panel.

Your rights

Under GDPR, you can ask us to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, or object to how we use it — subject to what we're legally required to keep for accounting and tax purposes. Contact us at info@promptersanonymous.com to ask. You can also complain to Sweden's data protection authority, Integritetsskyddsmyndigheten (IMY), or your own country's equivalent.
