Shipping policy

Prompters Anonymous currently ships to US addresses only. Every item is printed to order by our manufacturing partner, Printify, once your payment is confirmed — nothing is held as pre-made stock.

Production takes up to 10 business days — that's the maximum production time our print providers guarantee Printify for every item we currently sell, before your order even ships. It's often faster, but 10 business days is the figure to plan around.

Shipping cost is calculated for your exact bag and delivery ZIP code at checkout, before you pay, and that is the only shipping charge you're billed — it is never recalculated or added to afterward.

All items you order in a single checkout are submitted to Printify as one order. Because different items can be produced by different print facilities in Printify's network, they may arrive in separate packages, on different days, without this being an error.

The shipping carrier is selected automatically by the print provider for each package based on your delivery address — we don't choose it in advance and it can vary between orders. Once your order ships, you'll receive a separate confirmation by email with the carrier and tracking number for each package — this comes from our fulfillment system, not from checking this page.
