Returns & refunds

Every item is printed specifically for you after you order it. Because of that, we don't accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind, or for ordering the wrong size or color — please check the size chart on each product page carefully before buying. The only exception is a genuinely faulty item, covered below.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted — wrong design, wrong item, visibly faulty print — contact us at info@promptersanonymous.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the problem. We'll arrange a reprint or a refund.

That 30-day window matches the manufacturing guarantee our production partner, Printify, provides to us as the seller for genuinely faulty items — it does not cover an item you simply want to exchange for a different size or color. Clarnex AB, as the seller, handles your claim directly; you never need to contact Printify yourself.
