Terms of sale
Prompters Anonymous is operated by Clarnex AB (org. no. 559533-2908), a Swedish limited company — Clarnex AB is the seller of record for every purchase made on this site, and the party you're entering into a contract with when you check out.
What you're buying
Everything sold here is made to order and printed by our manufacturing partner, Printify, after your payment is confirmed — nothing is pre-made or held in stock. See Shipping and Returns & Refunds for how delivery and problem items are handled.
Pricing & payment
All prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by Stripe; by completing checkout you authorize us to charge the total shown (item price plus the shipping cost calculated for your bag and address — see Shipping). No US sales tax or Swedish/EU VAT is currently added to your order. This is under review with our accountant and may change in the future; it does not mean any tax is being collected and withheld elsewhere on your behalf by us or by Printify.
Order acceptance
An order is only confirmed once payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund an order we're unable to fulfil — for example, if an item sells out on our production partner's side before it enters production.
Intellectual property
The designs, text, and other content on this site are owned by Clarnex AB. Buying a product gives you the physical item only — it doesn't give you any right to reproduce, resell, or otherwise reuse the design itself.
Governing law & disputes
Prompters Anonymous is operated by Clarnex AB, a company registered in Sweden.
These Terms and purchases made through our store are governed by Swedish law. However, this does not limit any mandatory consumer rights or protections that apply under the laws of your place of habitual residence.
If you have a complaint, please contact us using the contact details provided on this website so we can try to resolve it. This does not restrict your right to seek other remedies available under applicable law.
Any dispute may be brought before a court that has jurisdiction under applicable law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order is the one that applies to it.
